Embroidery coverage is the amount of the twill fabric backing that is covered by stitching
50% coverage means that up to 1/2 of the twill backing is covered in thread. Great for simpler artwork or the inclusion of text. A classic, clean look.
75% coverage means 3/4 of the twill backing is covered n thread. Great for larger and center design elements. Embroidered areas are differentiated in texture and height from the backing, adding a distinctive look and sturdiness.
100% coverage means all of the twill patch backing is covered in thread. The stitching depth and high thread count add sturdiness and give the final patch a high perceived value.
