Based on the apparel style and color you have chosen, one or several of the following fabric options will be available for you to select. Softness options will be displayed by increasing level of quality/softness.

Standard cotton fabrics are made from soft cotton fibers twisted together into yarn then woven alone or in combination with polyester yarn. Standard cotton and cotton-poly blends are available in different weight options. Standard cotton tees are still highly popular, commonly used for promotional items, spirit wear, fundraising apparel and giveaways.

Ringspun cotton is made through a more complex spinning process, twisting and thinning cotton strands to make a very fine, strong, soft rope of cotton. Ringspun fabrics are more durable than standard cotton counterparts and have a distinctly softer and more deluxe feel. They have become widely popular in recent years as prices have become more affordable. We recommend ringspun cotton (or ringspun blends) for retail items, premium gifts and whenever your budget allows.

Cotton-poly blends combine yarns of both cotton and polyester, and can be either standard or ringspun varieties. Cotton combined with polyester will generally add softness and wick-ability. Cotton poly blends can be used to create both consistent color fabrics and are necessary to create heather fabrics. "CVC blends" refer to a specific ringspun cotton/poly blend (generally 52%/48%) that is popular for retail due to its softness and durability.

Tri-blends are an ultra-soft fabric generally comprised of ringspun cotton, polyester and rayon, often in the proportion 25%/50%/25%.

Indicate the number of colors in your artwork for each selected print location.

For designs with many colors: Direct to Garment (DTG) digital printing is available with certain fabric styles (generally all-cotton or cotton facing garments). This may be a more cost-effective print method for projects up to 144 units if your design has many colors and/or gradient.

Please contact us if you are uncertain about the number of print colors, require more print colors than available online or with any questions about DTG or screen printing.

Relaxed fit: a looser or flowy fit that does not hug the body.

Fashion fit: sometimes called "fitted", this cut has been designed to contour to the body more closely, with more form-fitting around the shoulders, arms and body.
